Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes! All repairs come with a 90-day warranty. If the same issue recurs within that period, I'll fix it at no additional charge. Parts carry their manufacturer's warranty as well.
What areas do you service?
I provide on-site service within a 25-mile radius of downtown. Remote support is available nationwide. If you're unsure whether you're in my service area, just give me a call!
Can you recover data from a broken device?
In most cases, yes. I have specialized tools for data recovery from damaged phones, laptops, and desktops. Success depends on the extent of damage, but I'll give you an honest assessment before attempting recovery.
Do I need to bring my device to you?
Not necessarily! I offer both on-site service (I come to you) and remote support for software issues. For hardware repairs, I can pick up your device and return it when fixed, or you can drop it off.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle. For business clients, I also offer invoicing with Net-15 terms.
